How it works

Four passes in Scan, then you decide what leaves the mailbox.

  1. Scan Group messages by sender, find already-blocked leftovers, move them to Deleted Items, then see who you’ve emailed — without copying mail out of Microsoft.
  2. Review & clean Delete, block, or delete + block by address or entire domain. Keep the senders you still want.
  3. Recover or keep Restore mistakes from Deleted Items, or add domains like adobe.com to a Keep list so they stay out of future scans.
